Basic Crochet Workshop

Learn to crochet! Research has shown that “Crafting can help those who suffer from anxiety, depression or chronic pain, experts say. It may also ease stress, increase happiness and protect the brain from damage caused by aging.” Join us for a 2-hour workshop in which you'll learn basic crochet skills including casting on, making a chain, single crochet, and binding off. If time permits, we'll also cover more advanced stitches. **All supplies (yarn, crochet hook, and instructions) will be provided at no cost, and you'll get to take everything home with you.** You can also bring your own materials. No previous crochet experience required. Light refreshments will be served.

Location: Harvard Dudley House Private Dining Room

Time: April 17th (Thur), 4:00 – 6:00 pm

To reserve a spot, please [RSVP](https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1DaZqEw3w1txJAxQ3e7ayuorZYWrWo6EgvND1xHyixKs/viewform) by April 15th.
