This presentation will give practical advice about finding, utilizing and being a mentor in a fun, interactive format.Joanne Kamens is the Executive Director at Addgene and has over 25 years of biotechnology experience. Beyond biotech, she is the Founder of MASS AWIS and served as the Director of Mentoring for the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association Boston for 3 years. She speaks widely on career topics and consults on mentoring programs for scientists.All are welcome.
