DESCRIPTION:Are you torn between two labs to join for your thesis? Are you confused aboutwhat's important in choosing a lab? Do you have concerns that you just can'ttalk about with anyone "official"? Unwind this Friday with HGWISE and have allyour frustrations addressed. ALL students are welcome to attend an informaldiscussion about the most important factors to consider when choosing arotation and/or thesis lab. Upper level graduate students will offer us theirperspectives, and a set of suggested questions to ask yourself will beprovided. If you have any uncertainties about choosing a lab, you have toattend this coffee hour!Coffee, tea, and a light breakfast are provided at all HGWISE Longwood coffeehours, which meet on the first Friday of each month at 9am in Vanderbilt Hall’sJoseph B. Martin Lounge.Everyone is encouraged to attend, including men and postdoctoral fellows.Feel free to come late or leave early, if you need to.
