The goal is to learn key exercises to strengthen and tone muscle at the gym or at home without using machines. The class will cover instructions on basic exercises and equipment as well as the chance to mimic the exercises with the instructor. Comfortable clothing that allows movement is recommended since we will be utilizing small weights and portable equipment .
