Interested in adding more strength training to your workouts? Have a new year's resolution to exercise more? Come workout and learn with fellow HGWISE members. HGWISE presents Liz Hamp, the fitness program manager at Harvard gyms, to teach strength training exercises that can be easily integrated into any workout routine. She will run through basic exercises geared towards women that do not require machines and can easily be done at home or at the gym.
