PhD Student: Speech and Hearing Bioscience and Technology Program
I am currently a second year doctoral student in the Speech and Hearing Bioscience and Technology Program (SHBT) in the Division of Medical Sciences. I am currently completing my coursework for clinical certification at MGH's Institute of Health Professions. My research is clinically focused in the area of aphasia. I am particularly interested in the cognitive factors that may impact treatment outcomes. I studied Cognitive & Linguistic Sciences and Psychology at Wellesley College, from which I graduated in 2016. During my undergraduate years, I was a member of Harvard Ballet Company and Wellesley College Dancers. Currently, I spend my time outside of lab, class, and clinic doing Pilates, exploring vegan cuisines, and traveling. After graduate school, I aspire to combine my passions for research and speech-language pathology as a practicing researcher in a hospital setting.
